Larry has been selected for the third time as an Honorary Member of the Kiwanis Club of Oceanside Pacific and Kiwanis International for his contributions to the Oceanside Community and the Oceanside schools.
Under Larry's leadership the test scores at the schools have gone up and more schools fly the State's Distinguished Schools Flag.
Larry is a very strong supporter of the programs OPK offers in the elementary schools and he is the sponsor of the Student Leadership Development section of OPK's web site.
