Bob Kremer is a retired from the U.S. Navy as a corpsman and from MiraCosta College as an outreach and Adult Education manager.

Bob joined OPK in April of 1982. He has maintained an active role in the Human and Spiritual Values, the House, and the Youth Services Committees.
He was honored as recipient of the Cal-Nev-Ha Distinguished Service Award and he is a Kiwanis International Hixson Fellow. Bob was recognized for his many years of service to the community as Oceanside Police Department's Volunteer of the Year in 2010. Also in 2010 , his service to youth was recognmized by the OPK Foundation with a Meritorious Service award.
Bob served as a Distinguished President in 1985-86. Twice Bob was a recognized as a Distinguished Club Secretary.
